“Help the Homeless” Youth Service Project Girl Scout Troop 4581 and St. Vincent de Paul Youth Ministry supporting: Bridges Outreach. Bridges Outreach is an organization that delivers bagged meals as well as distributes toiletry kits to the homeless people in NJ & NYC. Troop 4581 and the SVdP Youth hosted a fun night of creating toiletry kits and decorating brown bags for the homeless.
