I receive regular updates and communications from Fr. Theo, pastor of our sister parish in Haiti. Recently he shared with me about the progress in the building of the rectory at his parish. He wrote, “Brother, all the current progress in the construction of the presbytery are due to the generosity of the Christian pastor and parishioners of St. Vincent de Paul. We are very grateful. I'm so happy to announce to you that we started with the ceramics (tiles) yesterday. It's thanks to you and your beloved parishioners. Mèsi anpil! The workers are hard at work. Immediately after that we will be adding the doors and windows.” On behalf of Fr. Theo and the parishioners of St. Paul I extend my gratitude to all who have assisted with the projects there. Your participation, whether through prayer, the support of our recent Food and Wine fundraiser, or your own personal donation to the project, is making a significant difference in the hope afforded Fr. Theo and his parishioners.
