    • Christmas 2022

      Dear friends in Christ,

As we celebrate Christmas, I hasten to extend to all of you devoted parishioners of St. Vincent’s, wishes for a happy and prosperous Christmas on behalf of the parishioners of St. Paul at Nanpol and also on my own behalf.

In this same circumstance, thanks to you, three days of religious and recreational activities with the children and young people of Nanpol. We will start tomorrow morning December 26 to end on December 28 with the administration of a dozen baptisms at the Mass of the Sts Innocents. In fact, since my appointment as Pastor of this new parish, on each occasion of the feast of the Holy Innocents we organize spiritual and cultural activities with the children by offering gifts to each of them at the end. Our twinning has reinforced the atmosphere. We can accommodate more children and offer more gifts.

This year like last year we invite a DJ who will host the last two days. And also the participation of the Religious will be of great importance. Miss Rose Kendy JOSEPH, a graduate in culinary arts and decoration, will accompany and share her know-how with the young people: preparation of dishes and decoration.

During these three days, two meals will be served each day. The children will arrive around 8 am for prayer, recitation of the Holy Rosary followed by mass to finish around 4 pm. The days will be enriched by activities and training appropriate to the different age categories. Our seminarian Geranel CHARLES who is preparing to go to Brazil for theological studies will also lead training sessions, as well as other speakers.

Thank you for all you do for us. We are very grateful to you. Know also that we continually pray for you especially in the Eucharistic celebrations.

      God bless you !
      P Théo

It is our duty to prefer the service of the poor to everything else and to offer such service as quickly as possible. If a needy person requires medicine or other help during prayer time, do whatever has to be done with peace of mind. Offer the deed to God as your prayer.... Charity is certainly greater than any rule. Moreover, all rules must lead to charity."-St. Vincent de Paul
